* feaver -cough - throat pain - runningnose
* nose block - diffcult breathing  - body pains
* head ache- weakness- shivering with chills
*diarihoea- vomiting sputum with blood

dont go to crowdy areas

if you have fever cough sneez dont go to open places
take water nutrician food
take more rest and sleep
